Shipping

Shipping is available internationally.

$5 CAD / FREE over $50 same-day delivery within Waterloo Region, Ontario.

$16 CAD flat rate Canada wide (2-3 business days). *Flat rate means the price doesn’t increase based on weight

$20 CAD flat rate within the U.S. (5 business days).

$30 CAD for international orders (up to 14 business days).

Orders will be shipped within 72 business hours (24 hours during the holidays).

Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! We will happily accept returns for store credit only.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

All returned merchandise must:

  • Have a receipt / order confirmation

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Final sale/markdown items

  • Damaged after purchase

To initiate a return please email divinedreamcrystals@gmail.com and include your order number and reason for return. Any items being returned are at the customer’s expense and require an authorization number. If you are local to Waterloo Region contact us to arrange a time to drop off.

We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the purchaser.
